Extra content from Enchanted by Nature not showing in game

Hello I bought the enchanted by Nature pack a couple days ago and the extra content is not showing. I have searched for all three items and none come up. I have repaired my game and have  un installed and reinstalled the game. The website states the extra content was available until August 21st so I'm confused as to where it has gone. It does not show up in the pack library under build items either. I have already removed all my mods so that is not an issue either

    This process has been beyond frustrating. After waiting 5 hours to talk to someone who reported it as a technical bug, they ended the chat before I could ask about  the case #. To even try to talk to that person again I have to wait another 5hrs. Is there really no email to contact in regards to issue.
