Sims 4 Won't load
I tried to play the sims 4 and it starts loading goes past the part where it says sims 4 into where it has the green diamond spinning but then crashes and loads up origin and i cant get it to go any ...
@Ms_pringles1 Does your computer run Windows or macOS, and which version? I can move this thread to one of the Sims sections for game-specific help.
In the mean time, please move your entire Sims 4 game folder out of Documents\Electronic Arts and onto your desktop. When you launch the game, a clean folder will spawn with no content. Don't add anything to that folder yet, just see whether the game loads and you can start a new save. (Your existing content will be intact in the old folder but not loaded by the game.) Let me know either way.
