Sims 4 won't open, play button greyed out
I haven't played the Sims 4 since last month and when I tried to play it again today, it would not open. I clicked the shortcut on my desktop several times but the only thing that would happen would be Origin flashing. When I went into my library to see if I could get it to start that way, the Play button was greyed out. I tried checking for updates as well, but nothing happened for a few minutes after I clicked it until this appeared. Is there any fix?
