Sims 4 won't open with origin.
Was gonna torrent your game then decided it might run better because of your own DRM software if i was to buy it directly from you guys... So i spent the $60 or whatever it was and installed it and...

It's Thanksgiving Day and Origin has a message that due to this, wait times may be longer.
Can you provide any details about what happens when you try to run it so that we can offer some suggestions?NAre you getting any type of error?
Here are some suggestions/questions I have for you. Will it not go online? Have you logged into Origin first? (You don't need to be online for that but it will ask you to login. You get a popup window.)
Have you tried to restart your computer? Is your wifi working with the computer (sometimes mine goes crazy and doesn't sync with my wifi and the computer needs to be rebooted.)
Basically what happens is i run the sims 4 software from origin also from desktop and from the installation folder , the desktop pointer icon shows me that it's loading something then stops and nothing happens.
Things i've tried so far were restarting pc , running sims in admin and compatibility mode , running origin in offline mode and multiple other suggestions of moving the TS4.exe file out of the main directory then relaunching so it updates etc etc..
But yeah so far the game has not yet opened once , never seen a black screen or any signs that the game will work.
