Sims 4 wont open

Question

Every time i try to open Sims 4 it just opens Ea app and does nothing. I tried to run it as administrator to open without mods, disable virus protection, move folder to desktop. Nothing is working.

I spent more time trying to play this game and fix it then actually playing it please help me.

i feel you. mine won’t load my saves yet i can still access cas for some reason. ea doesn’t seem to have much to say, seems to be pretty universal lately.
