Sims 4 wont open

Hello! Everything worked fine from yesterday morning to yesterday afternoon, and the game refused to start. I have moved the folder to my desktop, deleted the entire Electronics arts folder, and cl...

    The problem is solved, it was Surfshark that did so I couldn't access ransomware and controlled folder access. 

    And that did so sims would start.

    Solution: Uninstalled Surfshark Antivirus, and fixed it so the game would launch and I could access ransomware. 

    I will still keep the VPN as I have 1 year more.

@702lwl5hl8si  What do you mean that you can't access ransomware or Controlled Folder Access?  If you get an error, please post a screenshot.  Please also let me know whether your Windows account has admin rights, and if not, whether you can get those rights or have the computer's admin help you.  Some troubleshooting steps do require elevated permissions.

For the Reliability Monitor, please try to launch Sims 4 again, and then let me know if you see any error that happened at exactly the time you tried to play.  If you find one, please provide the technical details, as described earlier.  I can't tell from your previous screenshot whether either of those errors happened when you were trying to play or were unrelated.
