Sims 4 won't repair, EA app won't clear cache (Windows 10 PC)

So I actually am experiencing 3 issues at this time. It all started when I tried to get the 3 free packs, where you have to install Epic games. Well, it showed as if I have already purchased the pack...

I just discovered that it's more packs that are having issues repairing as well. I have paid this company way too much money to be giving me problems like this.
