Sims 4 won't start up, EA app restarts
The Sims 4 won't start anymore. The EA app just restarts and no error message gets shown. I don't get to see anything of the Sims 4 game trying to start up (no logo or whatsoever)
I've restarted, deleted & re-installed the EA app, deleted & reinstalled the game, both without and with expansion packs. I've tried the clean boot, moved the whole Sims 4 map to desktop, and added the Sims to exceptions for security. Also added -w at the end in the Target line for the game file. Nothing seems to work so far.
Does anyone have any other ideas?

@crinrict I've deleted everything and fully factory reset the laptop. After reinstalling Sims 4, it started working again. Which I'm happy about, now I am able to play again.
