sims 4 wrong dimensions

I downloaded the Sims 4 onto my new computer and now it looks very stretched out. It fits on the screen, but somethings are smaller, and the characters themselves are thinner. I attached pictures of create-a-sim to show what I mean. Is anyone having the same problem? Is it because of a new update? If someone can help me fix it I'd be eternally grateful
