sims 4 Xbox game tells me I’m offline and online

im sorry if this is a bit scattered brain I’m just really confused and frustrated

This all started when i tried to get the gallery because i figured its the next best thing because I couldn’t get mods because im on Xbox. So I did the usual steps to get it/ get a ea account and connect to the sims I also had a bit of trouble getting that setup because it wouldn’t take my gmail account so I could level up my profile to a teen one. But it works now all said and done.

But here’s the problem it says I have no Internet connection to let me see the gallery but when I go into settings other it says I’m all connected and to restart my game I’ve restarted my game 10+ times now and I still cannot see the gallery.

im really hoping this is a update issue because i have seen other people having the same issue but with collecting the awards from the new update thing? I haven’t done anything with the new pack
