All the Spec's on my PC are: Windows 8.1, Processor: AMD A6-5200 APU with Radion HD Graphics, 2.00 GHz. Ram: 8.00 GB, System Type: 64Bit O/Sx64 Based Processor. That's all that show's up on the screen. Thanks.
Did you follow the link above how to gather them ? there's a button where you can export everything to a clipboard
