Sims 4

@esnika  The processor is more than fine for Sims 4.  The limiting factor will be the graphics chip, which should probably be able to handle medium-high to high graphics settings, depending on your play style.

I wouldn't recommend multitasking very much while playing, as that 8 GB RAM can get used up quickly by Windows (2-3 GB) and the graphics chip (borrowing maybe 1.5 GB while running Sims 4).  But playing without much else running in the background should be fine.  And if you want to alt-tab to a browser window here and there, just close it when you're done.
