All my lots are grayed out

When I load a game there is nothing but a blue screen. I can click build mode/live mode, so the game is not frozen but the screen remains blue. Cant move or see anything. I play with mods, I have checked them against TMex Better Exceptions and there are no reported issues. I have removed the mods entirely, still blue. The game continues to be blue. I have tried repairing, didnt work. This began after this most recent EA update.
