Everything is still in the files and are showing up where they’re supposed to be but just not working, also my mods n cc window doesn’t pop up at startup even tho all the boxes are checked. This happened after an update and I don’t know how to fix it, I’ve delete and reinstalled sims twice and tried putting everything back into the folders but it just acts like it’s a brand new sims 4. If anyone could help that would be nice
@suneygames123 Please go in-game and find the file path to the user folder Sims 4 is reading:

Now find one of your saves or custom content items, right-click it, select Properties > General, and look at the Location. This should exactly match the file path you see in-game, at least up to the Sims 4 folder. If the paths don't match ,that's your issue: your saves and cc are in the wrong folder, and you'll need to move them to where the game is looking for them.
If you can't figure things out, please post both file paths here.
If the files are in the correct folder but the game still isn't reading them, please post a screenshot of the contents of the saves folder, as in, I'd like to see the save files themselves.
