Sims and furniture have disappeared

Mine does sort of the same except my house is there but all my furniture and sims disappear and I can interact at all!
Like there is shadows of where the furniture should be
I can't go up on down in house levels
I can't change the walls from down to up
It almost seems like when you visit a neighbour and you need to be let in to see furniture
I literally only see the house
