Sims and furniture have disappeared

Mine does sort of the same except my house is there but all my furniture and sims disappear and I can interact at all! Like there is shadows of where the furniture should be I can't go up on down...

I split your thread as you issue sounds different.

Are you using any mods or custom content ?

    Nope I don't
    But I just discovered it's only happened with one house hold so far
    But lol my others are fine so maybe it glitches one house hold? Unsure

      Have you tried repairing the game ?
