Sims are frozen in action
Ever since my Sims 4 has been updated my Sims have been getting these glitches. One of my females Sims would erratically start walking like a new toddler and then when she gets home with all her room...

If you have any Mods or CC please remove them and try again.
What are Mods and CC's and how do I get rid of them?
Custom addons you download and put in the Mods folder.
Usually located here: Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4\Mods
If there are any you just remove them from there. Do not delete resource.cfg from that folder.
There is a known problem with toddlers if they are aged up by a cheat or in CAS instead of the proper way with a cake. Leading to the problem you described with a child/teenager/adult acting like a toddler.
There is no mods in that folder besides resource.cfg and my Sims are still frozen.
