Sims are not following prompts, mostly just standing there.

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? By playing the game?
What happens when the bug occurs? When I am playing, I will give my sims a command and they just stand around not doing anything or they just dismiss it and do something else. For example, I will tell my sim to potty train or feed her toddler, she picks him up and then puts him back down right away and go do something else or the action will just stay in queue and she'll just be standing around not moving.
What do you expect to see? I expect my sims to complete the prompted action, especially when their need is in the red and I'm trying to have them remedy it.

Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

I have tried repairing my game in Origin and also tried moving my Sims 4 folder out of Electronic Arts and start a new game, then move back my most recent save and CC back in the newly created folder, still having the same issue. I also haven't been able to report to EA, only got the option to post here.
