I moved your post to the tech forum as it looks like a mod/cc issue

Custom content can get outdated with patches. If it works when you remove your mods folder, then one or more mods/cc is no longer compatible with the game and you have to find those.

Use the 50/50 method: http://modthesims.info/wiki.php?title=Game_Help:Finding_Problem_Custom_Content to find the culprit

@Carosim93 So.. I wasn't quite sure from your description, have you tried this without any mods/cc to see if the problem persists? If you haven't, please check first without any mods/cc installed.

I must have missed it or misunderstood that part, i hadn't done that. I tried it without CC and it seems to work ok, I put my saves and CC back in and my adult sim is still frozen in place. Does that mean I need to delete all of my CC or is there a way to fix this?

    @crinrict Thank you for your help, I was able to find the problem CC and fix my game.
