Sims Can No Longer Build Relationship

Hi there, 

This may seem like a silly thing to be concerned about but after the most recent update, my sims can no longer woohoo or try for babies. Every time I make that selection, it either does nothing or the sims go on their merry way. Any suggestions? Checked through MC Command but it shows that there is an error with it but not why. 

Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
