Do thy stay at work the full time they are supposed too ? Are you using mods in your game ?
- Yes, they stay the full time and I'm not using any mods. I've also had it happen twice where a SIM comes home from work and on the bottom of the screen where their avatar is it's still showing the social work options like "socialize with coworkers" and "leave work early". I don't know Iif that's related or not.
Could be related. That is a known bug.
