Sims can't travel to Sulani?

Hi, im wondering if anyone can help. I tried making my sim family travel to Sulani on vacation, and each time I tried the game completely crashed and closed. I have tried just visiting any lot in Sulani, and the same thing happened. Ive tried removing my mods folder, it did the same. I have repaired my game, still crashing. I've tried traveling there with another sim family, still crashing. If anyone has had a similar experience, please let me know :) thanks x
