ElyElysium Some of the Sims 4 crashes in your dxdiag are access violations, and some are breakpoint errors. The former type is too generic to be of much use: it can be triggered by anything from an in-game bug to a mod to conflicting software to a hardware issue. (I'm not saying you have a hardware issue, only that access violations are truly that generic.)
Breakpoint errors are more specific, although they do have multiple causes, including an issue with the graphics driver. So please do a clean uninstall and reinstall of the driver, as described here:
Rather than install the newest driver though, please install version 24.12.1, from December, which you can find here:
I have one report of newer drivers causing problems with Sims 4, and although that's not nearly enough to say that these newer drivers are incompatible, it's possible there's some unusual combination of software and settings that triggers an issue. Besides, it's easy to update to a newer driver if necessary.
If this doesn't help, please look for new errors in the Reliability Monitor. Hit Windows key-R and enter "perfmon /rel" without quotes, and you'll see a chart of errors and updates with a column for each day. Today is on the right.
Look for an error that happened at exactly the time of your most recent Sims 4 crash, specifically after installing the older driver. If you find one, double-click it to see more details, then copy that info and paste it into a reply here. If you don't see a new error, check back in an hour or so—the Reliability Monitor doesn't always update right away.
