@MiyaEevee Where did you set the exceptions ?
Could you try deleting the content of this folder: Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4\content and then start the game to see if that gets rid of the error ?

Hello, I set the exceptions on Windows Firewall, and before I reinstall I do deleted all the content from documents, but it still didn't help.
The weird things is I check the Videos about SDE, even though I can't make it connect, I still have all the SDE content in my game, after fresh install.

Also the content folder is empty with nothing hmm

Try adding it as exception in your antivirus program. What are you using ? It's usually ransomware protection.
