    I manage to get it working, apparently it's a software called steamcommunity 302 that cause the problem, If I quit that the game is working fine now

@crinrict The only antivirus I'm using is Windows Firewall, which is already set for exception for both program. the ransomware protection is off.

I'll try turn the firewall complete off then.

      @MiyaEevee Are you using any other antivirus program like mcAffee or Avast ?

        @crinrict Non of them, I just use the one windows itself brings.

        If I can't connect to SDE, is it possible to wait for an big update, have the content install automatically with the patch?
