Sims Delivery Express Uninstalled and Tab is Hidden in Settings

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? Version Local Build\ (there was no number for some reason)
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? I'm not listing them all hun
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I'm not sure how to replicate it
What happens when the bug occurs? unable to install SDX content
What do you expect to see? a tab in game options that says "sims delivery" (it's missing)
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.

Please describe the patch or change you made. after new update / one play session after the patch / I changed IngnoreLotLevel in Camera.ini to fix the camera jumping in build buy
I tried to open a save game and it said SDX content wasn't installed. there wasn't a button to re-download the content so I cancelled and went into game options. there was no SDX tab anywhere. before the bug occurred I was playing in build mode and got annoyed at the camera jumping so I went into Camera.ini and changed IgnoreLotLevel to true. When I re-entered (i tried twice) the bug occurred. there was also no patch number code at the bottom of the screen, it just said "Version Local Build\ ".
