Sims freezing since install of get to work.

I installed get to work two days ago and the first night I played it everything was flawless. I went to play today and about 10 minutes in my Sim got stuck using the computer and kind of rocked back and forth and I couldn't pause the game or exit out. I could randomly click on some things like the skills and such but I couldn't tell my Sim to do anything or to cancel out anything. This lasted for a few minutes and then went back to normal but then it proceeded to do this repeatedly.

I spoke to a tech via live chat. They had me repair the game via origin. It worked for about 20 minutes and then it started to happen again. I connected a tech again and this time they told me to show hidden folders and delete origin folders in the program data folders and then reinstall it. I did this and it worked for almost an hour an then it happened again. I contacted a tech a third time and he told me to uninstall origin and try again.

I am still having the same issues and really need help. Can someone please help me repair my game. I wouldn't really appreciate it!
