Sims freezing

Hello, so whenever I log into Sims, it freezes and when I close my computer and open it again, the scene changes, if I touch screen a button on the game it doesnt do anything but when I close my computer, it turns to whatever I touched. I have tried renaming my files, moving it, repairing the game, uninstalling, and even clearing caches that might affect it, what else can I do?

For the freezing, when you say you renamed your files, do you mean the Sims 4 user folder in Documents > Electronic Arts?  If you haven't already, please try that now, or just move the folder elsewhere.

If that doesn't or didn't help, please provide a dxdiag.  Click Windows key-R, enter dxdiag in the run box, wait for the scan to finish, click "Save all information," and save the file to your desktop.  From there, you can attach it to a reply using the paper clip (Attachment) icon included with the other formatting buttons.
