@yafuunii06 To be clear, does the game crash any time you change a graphics setting even without mods, or does the problem only happen when mods or custom content is present? There are no graphics settings stored in the Mods folder, or at least there shouldn't be; I don't know of a standard mod that has any effect on graphics. If you happen to have one, please do remove it and test.
Regardless of the above, please also run a dxdiag and attach it to a post.

Hm, I haven't tested if it does.Let me do so now.
My DxDiag's attached. I'm not tech savvy, so apologies if anything is missing.
I disabled my mods and changed my game settings to high and....it froze. It didn't CRASH, so I had hope, but it froze for like 6 minutes. I got impatient (whoops) and closed my game through Task Manager. I reboot and.....crash again. Other than ReShade, I have Better In-Game Lighting (northernsiberiawinds) and CAS Lighting (SimplyAnjuta) on top of sunblind (softerhaze).
In-Game and CAS are taken care of through CurseForge, so I don't have to worry about them, but I reinstalled them just in case.
Sunblind is through itch.io, and it looks like it got updated for the For Rent pack. I haven't updated that one since 10/23 iirc, will do so now.

@yafuunii06 Please do let me know how the game runs with none of those mods, and without Reshade if removing the mods doesn't help. I'm not saying you can't use any of this content, only that it's important to know whether some of it is triggering the crashes.
If Sims 4 still crashes, or freezes, with no mods and no Reshade, please link me the driver download page for your laptop. Some of the errors in your dxdiag point to a component of a chipset driver, so I'd like to see whether the laptop is missing any updates. Go here:
https://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers/laptops
Enter your laptop's serial number, choose your OS (just Windows 11 is fine) if prompted, and you'll land on the download page. You'll probably need to click All Drivers or similar to see the list, and you'll see an option to let HP check for updates for you. It's fine to try that, but I do want to look at the list myself too, so I can compare the driver versions in your dxdiag with what HP offers. The download page doesn't contain any information about your own computer, just the overall model.
