Sims getting embarrassed all the time

I’ve been playing my save file for a while now, and I started to get a glitch where my sims get embarrassed without anything happening. I’m doing an 100 baby challenge so I had my 4 teens and 3 kids do their homework in the same room, and one walked in and all the rest starting reacting like she’d walked in on them on the toilet. Then they just stood around doing nothing and wouldn’t respond to the command queue

I did see this was Cc related but I took all my mods and Cc out to try and fix this but it’s still happening? I also tried repairing the game via origin but that didn’t work either!!
