Sims keep changing after updates!!

After I update my game to the latest patch, when I go into my library or go to play one of my game saves, all my sims look different! Every sims appearance has changed, and they no longer look right. The hairstyle, hair color, eye color, body, and clothes are all still the same, but their faces no longer look the way they should/ how they did when i made them originally. This happens every single time I update my game and it's really frustrating.

Has this happened to anyone else? And does anyone know what I can do??
