Guys it worked for me only when i did this specific thing :
1. You remove your saves
2. Load the game again and play a little until it creates a new save, change the end to another number so that it won't be the same as any of your olders saves
3. Activate the CC in the settings ! Usually when there is an update it tells you that your cc where deactivated and that you need to activate them again the settings. You just have to do this.
4. Put your saves again in the folder
5. Load the game again, play your save and it should work !
leoni_bnd I can do till step 5, load game but when I click play, it crashes like before. :( I could only play my another saved file from last year but that would mean I will lose all my current progress. Hope they fix this soon.
