sims keep waking up

I've had 3 families in 3 lots keep waking up, it is only 1 or 2 sims in the family that do it. I put them to bed and then a few seconds later they'll wake up. I've repaired the game and that works for a little while and then it starts again. I have all the expansion packs, some game and stuff packs and I do have cc but I haven't downloaded any new cc since Christmas. I'm completely lost on what to do. 2 of the families are in apartments, 1 isn't. the 2 families that are didn't have disruptive neighbours. There was no on devices and non of the families have pets.
