Sims keeps crashing after troubleshooting

the game randomly cuts out when im playing. i cleared cache, repaired the game, and restarted my laptop, but the same issues are still occuring and its getting very frustrating and makes me not want to play this game. I dont have cc's or mods, so thats not the issue. please fix this bug because i literally can't play otherwise.

bobashay97 Please provide a dxdiag. Click Windows key-R, enter dxdiag in the run box, wait for the scan to finish, click "Save all information," and save the file to your desktop. From there, you can attach it to a reply using the paper clip (Attachment) icon included with the other formatting buttons.
