Sims lost their last names

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.80.69.1030
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All packs except Fitness Stuff, Perfect Patio Stuff and Movie Hangout Stuff. All kits except Country Kitchen, Industrial Loft and Courtyard Oasis
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? When new Sims are born when I play with another family, they don't have a last name
What happens when the bug occurs? All the Sims (mainly the newborns) don't have any last names.
What do you expect to see? All Sims with their first AND last names
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Yes
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes
Please describe the patch or change you made. Even when I removed the mods, the bug still occurs...

I know the question has already been asked but I didn't find the answer.
Like I said in the title, when a new Sim is born, he/she doesn't have a last name.
I removed all my mods but it didn't change anything and it's quite annoying lol
I think it's been for a certain patch but I don't know which one and I'm not sure it's due to it, but I could be wrong. I have tried everything that has been said in another question but no success
If you have a solution, I'm all ears aha
It would annoy me to have to start a new game
