Sims not interacting with toilet, laundry or bed

My Sims aren’t going to the toilet or doing any toilet interactions, they just stand there while their mood bars turn red.

 

Also, they pick up the laundry from the hamper and they just stand there when I get them to put it in the washing machine or when I get them to take the laundry out of the washing machine and into the dryer. 

I have updated all of my mods which took a while and then I deleted all of my duplicate mods but still no fix. 

 

My sims are now not interacting with the bed, sometimes they do, sometimes not so I’m not sure what’s happening.

 

I created a fresh new Sims 4 folder by moving the Sims 4 folder to the desktop and reloading the game which created a whole new Sims 4 folder, then added all of my the mods back. I did this many times and I’ve still got the same toilet, laundry and bed problem.

 

No exception error or file comes up so I think it is just a bug, not sure?

 

I would appreciate if anyone could help me please as I’ve done everything that I could think of and I’m not sure what else I can do to solve this problem?
