Hi,
I freed some space and did what you told me... Nothing still the same.. What should I do now?
This is the message that I got :

@cloudssoul1234 Please test a new save and see how it runs, for comparison's sake. Please also let me know what kind of install this is: EA App, Steam, Epic, something else, or mixed.
- @puzzlezaddict Hi, so tried with a new save and it's the same thing than in my old save.. I still get the same last exception error message in my sims 4 folder. I play from the EA App only.
@cloudssoul1234 As a test, please try playing in a clean user folder. Move the entire Sims 4 folder out of Documents > Electronic Arts and onto your desktop, and when you launch the game, a clean folder will spawn with no content. (Your saves and other content will be intact in the folder you moved but temporarily not read by the game.) Don't add anything to the new folder yet; just start a new save in one of the base game worlds and let me know how it runs.
