@c5a46b4f90a64351 I'm not actually sure how well Sims 4 gets along with the translation layer required to run x86 apps (compiled for Intel and AMD processors) on ARM chips (like everything Snapdragon makes). So I can't tell you whether this problem is fixable. But I'm happy to try. So please run a dxdiag and attach it to a post.

Please also let me know which loading screen the game crashes on, as in, the last thing you did before the crash. And test with no mods or custom content if you haven't already.
- @c5a46b4f90a64351 I'm having the same issue, base game only, starting a new save you can go into cas, and then pick a lot to start on, then it never loads the household. I did all the same things you did and no luck either.
- @c5a46b4f90a64351 I just bought an hp omnibook snapdragon and was told it was capable of running the sims, now I'm just sad because that isn't the case.

Hello @MercurysComet @c5a46b4f90a64351
Can you try enabling DX11 on the game and seeing if that makes the issue go away?
Instructions on how to enable DX11 are here:

Hello!
We're currently investigating an observed hard freeze that can occur if running The Sims 4 on the Snapdragon X Elite 64bit ARM CPU while running on DirectX 9.
While we investigate, I would encourage you to follow the steps here on enabling DirectX 11 and let us know if that resolves the issue for you. Thanks!
