Sims not showing up/ UI not working
Hi, the problem I seem to have is when I pick a household to play, it loads but there's no Sims and the UI directory doesn't work... Help?

@meganliebel1234 Since you asked for it elsewhere, here's a guide to doing a factory reset:
You may first want to remove the UI Cheats mod, if you have it. Delete localthumbcache.package as well. If that doesn't help, go with the factory reset.
