Sims not showing up
My sims aren’t showing up? Everything Ive seen covering this seems to be caused by custom content which I don’t have. If I create a new game, the sim doesn’t show up in CAS, and if I try to load in a previous game it won’t let me select the normal worlds. The only ones it lets me select are the ones that come with the expansion packs. Whenever I try to put a household into a lot the game just crashes. I’m really confused and I don’t understand what to do. Haven’t been able to play Sims 4 for a couple of days now.

Have you attempted to run a Repair on Sims 4? It sounds like a few of the basic actions aren't functioning properly.
1: Open Origin.
2: Right-Click the Sims 4 logo in your game library. Select Repair Game.
3: After the Repair is complete, attempt to open the game again.
