Sims of household greyed out and cant find them

I was playing the SIMS 4 after a while and I opened my household and two of the people in the household were.... GONE. If I look at the relationshipstatus of another memeber of the family who's still...

After restarting the game did this still occur or did it right itself and the sims started to show?

If after restart and it still has greyed out sims try a repair with origin by right clicking on the sims icon and selecting repair, hopefully this will fix it
