SIMS PACKS NOT BEING RECOGNISED
So I tried to load my game to play and it is saying I dont own any of the packs?? Then when I tried to play anyways to see what would happen its saying to preorder??? Pls just le me play

Same issue, Game is stating that i don't own Get to work and won't let me play my save file. Then the whole launcher locked me out with EC10005 and now it's still got the packs missing issue.
