SIMS PACKS NOT BEING RECOGNISED
So I tried to load my game to play and it is saying I dont own any of the packs?? Then when I tried to play anyways to see what would happen its saying to preorder??? Pls just le me play

I accidentally quit the Sims 4 instead of just exiting to the main menu, and when I opened the game again suddenly it said that I didn’t have all my packs. I quit the game and double checked in the ea app, and it said they were downloaded. I opened the game again and tried seeing what would happen if I tried buying the packs again, but it says “this pack is unavailable for purchase” on all the pack, both those I had I those I didn’t. When I took at my existing workds it says that a restart is required, and I’ve tried quitting and reopening the game and also restarting my computer multiple times, but it’s still the same. I don’t know what else to do, please help me!
Okay, here is my situation. I checked all my saves. They are all there. But when I got to play my game it asks me what save I want to play. I choose the one on top, the most recent, but it says I am missing 14 packs. I am NOT missing 14 packs. I checked Steam and it says they are all in my library. How do I fix this?
EA/The Sims is currently down for a majority if not everyone at the moment. It’s all over social media.
Is anyone still having this issue? If so, please post back. As noted, the EA App was down for a bit yesterday but is working now.
- @crochetpianist Currently there is an ongoing issue with the ea app. A lot of us players are having issues even getting the game to launch. But instead of it launching it only opens the ea app. Others have issues like you where there are ep, gp,kits etc.. missing. So I think the ea app is broken right now. Some are even having issues logging in.
I owned all packs but the fits kits I’m having problems logging in and when I launch the game it showed all of the packs I owned are missing and I’m upset right now
Hello everyone, I just bought the new dlc for rent, but the minute i was completing my purchase the app crashed, so when it started working again the dlc were appearing unpurchased, although i have the receipt on my email and i can see the game on my order history. I tried logging out and in again, reintalling my ea app but nothing helps. long story short i purchased a game that i cant download and install. on top of that it seems like ea servers are crushing because everything runs extremely slow. Anyone here that could help me by providing some info? please
nvm guys the ea server was down and my app as well. everything works fine.
I installed the most recent update yesterday and played normally. Today, I loaded the game up and noticed that it was just the base game. The packs I own were all listed as “not owned”. All of my saved files are still there though. When looking up this issue online, I found to repair the game in the EA app. This is the part I’ve been stuck on. Every time I hit repair, the loading bar moves left to right again and again but it is not making progress. I even left it up for 45 minutes and it’s still the same thing. I restarted my computer and removed all of my mods and it’s still doing the same thing. Any suggestions would be appreciated!
I have the exact same issue. It says all my packs but 3 are missing, even though my save file is in the City Living world.
