    Yes, when I switched current households and went back to the household that was having the issue, it was solved. Thank you so much!

This happens constantly in my games. The NPCs are the worst they will carrying on talking instead of going to the toilet and eventually wet themselves. It happens particularly at city living festivals.

Free will is on. If I change households my made sims also have this issue at festivals.
