sims standing around and not responding to commands

I have been creating my own save file with all new builds on every lot. I use mods and cc and have every EP, all game packs except ROM, and about half of the stuff packs. The save I have been trying ...

Victoria-USA  This thread is somewhat old, so I'll lock it here.  If you'd like help, please test with your Mods folder removed, and describe your exact issue.

Please also post a fresh dxdiag.  Click Windows key-R, enter dxdiag in the run box, wait for the scan to finish, click "Save all information," and save the file to your desktop.  From there, you can attach it to a reply using the paper clip (Attachment) icon included with the other formatting buttons.
