sims standing around and not responding to commands

I have been creating my own save file with all new builds on every lot. I use mods and cc and have every EP, all game packs except ROM, and about half of the stuff packs. The save I have been trying ...

vicmomma1968  This thread is somewhat old, so I'll lock it here.  If you'd like help, please test with your Mods folder removed, and describe your exact issue.

Please also post a fresh dxdiag.  Click Windows key-R, enter dxdiag in the run box, wait for the scan to finish, click "Save all information," and save the file to your desktop.  From there, you can attach it to a reply using the paper clip (Attachment) icon included with the other formatting buttons.
