Sims stuck in windowed mode
The Game is stuck in Windowed Mode. I’ve tried everything but it’s stuck like this and I don’t know any other option to fix it. Any help will be greatly appreciated

I just got a new gaming monitor I got a aoc gaming 34in and I got a cyber power pc desktop now the picture in sims is good the words are a little lower resolution than id like . So I went to sweating to make it higher resolution 3440x1440 and it gave the the black bars on the side why is that ? How can I stay full screen with that resolution and yes it is on full screen
