Sims try to leave house through Window instead of door

Product: The Sims 4
Platform:PC
Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? The Sims 4: - Cats & Dogs - City Living - Get to Work - Get Together - Seasons - Dine Out - Jungle Adventure - Outdoor Retreat - Parenthood - Spa Day - Vampires - Backyard Stuff - Bowling Night Stuff - Cool Kitchen Stuff - Kids Room Stuff - Laundry Day Stuff - Luxury Party Stuff - Movie Hangout Stuff - My First Pet Stuff - Perfect Patio Stuff - Romantic Garden Stuff - Spooky Stuff - Toddler Stuff - Vintage Glamour Stuff
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Anytime your Sims either tries to leave through the front door OR going upstairs, notdownstairs
What happens when the bug occurs? My Sims will no longer leave through their front doors, they try and leave through the window or exit the back door and walk all the way around the house to the front yard. It will also appear like the Sims can't go upside as if something is blocking the way when nothing is there.
What do you expect to see? I expect to see my sims exit and enter through the front door effortlessly and or go upstairs with no problem.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

    Hi @Kay21231

    finally was able to check your save but unfortunately, I can't replicate your issue. They are using the front door just fine for me.

    I did get a message that some build mode items are being removed so there was still some cc in save ?

    Ive taked all CC out too and it still happens. The problem isnt sending them outside its trying to ge them back in. I have a video of what happens and ill send it here so you can see

    Yeah, they were getting in and out without any issues for me.

    Can you try the following:

    1. Create a new windows admin user on your computer
    2. Start the game on that user
    3. You will have no content you had before as you're on a different user
    4. Start a new game and see if that works
    5. If it does, download the save game you uploaded to mediafire to send to me and put that in your saves folder
    6. Start the game and the save and see if it still occurs.

    Maybe something about your windows user profile is not working.

    Unfortunately, your video doesn't really show for me.
