Sims Turned Black

Before the latest update and the release of the Enchanted by Nature pack some of my Sims have turned black. It has only affected some of my Sims as you can see in the screenshots below. You can also see that I have removed all of my custom content and mods trying to repair this issue, hence why they don't have hair and are missing some of their clothes. Even some of the random Townies have had this fate put upon them. 

I also tried repairing the game but the EA app did not recognize that I had purchased "The Sims 4 Fairy Garden Digital Content" so I can not fully repair the game at this point. As well I have deleted the "localthumbcache" file from my game and it also did not help. 

Please help me I have spent too much time on this save file for it to be gone forever.
