Re: [CURRENT ISSUE] Sims 4 Unable to Start, Already Running

​Which Platform : PC/Windows on Steam

Any mods or cc: No

Game Version : PC 1.127.41.1030

I have reinstalled it multiple times and every time I go to play the game it says “app already running” when I tried to launch on EA. I tried to go through Steam same problem. 

This also is on external hard drive. I keep getting this message and “This file does not have an app associated with it for performing this action” as well on Steam.
