Sims won't age up/option gone to age up with cake
I have a couple sims with full age bars and I have tried to age them up with cakes but the options for the cake are not there anymore. I just updated my game too.

Move the cake to a open space on a counter or table then you will get the option to add birthday candles. On your picture there is chairs in the way.
